The detachable dongle seamlessly transforms the upright charging cradle into a communication cradle.Features:High Performance 1D ScanningThe HR15 Wahoo BT SD combines Newland’s own UIMG decoding with our latest linear imager scanning technology to produce snappy scanning on 1D codes. Printed or displayed on a variety of materials the Wahoo scans at a distance and speed closer to the performance expected from that of laser scanners than from traditional CCD.Perfected for POSThe HR15 Wahoo BT SD has a stand design for hands-free scanning, especially ideal for POS applications. Users can process smaller items without having to pick up the scanner. The scanner can then be picked up to use for more oversized items without dealing with cables.JPOS and OPOS Driver SupportWhen in HID-POS or Newland CDC mode, JPOS and OPOS drivers are supported via the dongle directly or the dongle, stand + USB cable combination.Supports the WorkloadThe 2400mAh battery, combined with the low power consumption of the HR15 Wahoo BT SD and lower power Bluetooth 5.0, means a full charge can last over 12 hours. A charge from empty to full takes less than 4 hours.Fit for the jobWith a 1.5m drop and IP42 rating, the HR15 Wahoo BT SD can take a tumble from a high countertop or workbench onto hard floors with no problem. The IP42 is a high enough sealing for dirty and damp environments.Flexible Bluetooth OptionsThe HR15 Wahoo BT SD has 3 Bluetooth options. When the dongle and charging station is connected, the scanner transmits data via the USB cable to the host. The dongle can also be removed and used in a spare USB port, and the Bluetooth on the scanner can be paired with a 3rd party Bluetooth on a host.Specifications:Data Capture1D : All major 1D symbologies, including EAN-13, EAN-8, UPC-A, UPC-E, ISSN, ISBN, Codabar, Code 128, Code 93, ITF-6, ITF-14, Interleaved 2 of 5, Industrial 25, Standard 25, Matrix 2 of 5, GS1 Databar, Code 39, Code 11, MSI-Plessey, Plessey.Image Sensor : 2500 CCDIllumination : Red LED (622nm-628nm)Depth of Field EAN 13 (13mil) : 55mm-550mmDepth of Field Code 39 (5mil) : 90mm-160mmPerformanceMemory Flash : ≥15000 pieces Code 128 (20 byte of each code 128)Minimal Print Contrast : ≥25%Scan Angle Pitch : ±60°Scan Angle Skew : ±60°PhysicalDimensions (mm) : Scanner: 113.5(W)x73.3(D)x159.0(H)mmWeight : Scanner: 213gInterfaces : RS-232, USBBattery Type : 2400 mAh lithium-ion batteryNotifications : Beep, LED indicatorInput Voltage : 5VDC±5%EnvironmentalOperating Temperature : -20°C to 60°C (-4°F to 140°F)Storage Temperature : -40℃ to 70℃ (-40°F to 158°F)Humidity : 5% to 95% (non-condensing)Electro Static Discharge (ESD) : ±8KV (air discharge); ±4KV (direct discharge)Drop : Scanner: 1.5m Cradle: 1mIP Rating : IP42WirelessRadio Technology : Bluetooth 5.0Wireless Distance (max.) : ≥50m/164ft (direct line of sight in open air)Communication Modes : Synchronous, asynchronous and batch modesSoftwareConfiguration Tools : EasySetCertificationsHardware : FCC Part15 Class B, CE EMC Class B, RoHSWarrantyStandard : 3 yearsAvailable versionsNLS-HR1580-BT-SD : HR15 Wahoo 1D CCD Wireless Bluetooth Handheld Reader with Stand/Docking Station and USB cable.
